Kate is a hard working, dedicated, and aggressive attorney who prides herself on her work ethic and creative thinking. Born in Russia and raised in Los Angeles, Kate is a graduate of California State University Los Angeles and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
Kate became a personal injury attorney because of her desire to help people. She is a zealous advocate for people who were injured by the carelessness of others. Being injured in a major auto accident herself she understands the effects of injuries on clients and their families. It is this perspective that has given Kate the drive to fight for her clients. She supports organizations whose central mission is to advance the rights of consumers and victims, such as Consumer Attorneys Association of California and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
In her time away from office, Kate enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, and cooking. Kate loves to spend most of her free time with her family and friends.
Mr. Katmissky earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2008 from Loyola Law School, where he was a Senior Research Editor on International and Comparative Law Review. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005.
